As our Facility Assistant, Robert helps ensure the Forreston office runs smoothly day after day. He takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workplace so employees can focus on serving customers and supporting one another. From making sure supplies are available to handling countless behind-the-scenes tasks, Robert quietly takes care of the details that keep the office operating efficiently. While much of his work happens out of the spotlight, its impact is felt throughout the branch every single day.

Robert's reputation of being an ever helpful coworker reaches beyond the Forreston office. In fact, colleagues from other locations have remarked that they wish they had "their own Robert" helping their offices run as smoothly as Forreston does.There are many contributions that employees and customers never see, but Robert's attention to detail and caring approach help create an environment where others can do their best work.

A Lifetime of Service to Forreston

Robert's commitment to serving others began long before he joined the bank. Prior to joining Solutions Bank, he served the Forreston community through both teaching and facilities management roles with the Forresville Valley School District. He also served as the Mayor of Forreston for many years, further demonstrating his dedication to the community he cares so deeply about.

During his career at the bank, Robert has served in multiple roles. Many may not realize that before becoming our Facility Assistant, he worked as a teller, assisting customers with their daily banking needs and building relationships throughout the community.

Serving Behind the Scenes

One of Robert's most admirable qualities is his willingness to take on the work that often goes unnoticed. Whether supporting events at his church, helping with funerals and bake sales, or lending a hand wherever help is needed, Robert consistently works behind the scenes to serve others. He believes in doing things well, not for recognition, but because it benefits those around him. That same mindset has been evident throughout his 25 years at Solutions Bank.

More Than a Coworker

Outside of work, Robert is known throughout the community as an avid history buff, antique collector, and local historian. His extensive knowledge of Forreston's history and his passion for preserving its stories have made him a well-known and respected member of the community. His pride in Forreston, commitment to service, and dedication to helping others are qualities that have benefited not only our bank, but the entire community.
