We are proud to celebrate a very special milestone, Ashley Deuth’s 10 year anniversary with Solutions Bank! Over the past decade, Ashley has quietly and consistently made an incredible impact on our organization, and we’re grateful for the dedication, expertise and heart she brings to her work every day.
A Strong Foundation
Ashley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational/Corporate Communication from Northern Illinois University and later a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management. Although she started with our organization with no prior banking experience, Ashley quickly embraced the opportunity, learning the industry from the ground-up and growing into the trusted professional she is today.Gaining Institutional Knowledge
Throughout her 10 years, Ashley’s role has evolved several times as she has supported multiple departments across the bank. Her work often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere. From reviewing and paying invoices to processing bond transactions, running executive reports and managing shareholder matters, Ashley is often the person keeping everything in motion. Her attention to detail, reliability and thorough approach help ensure accuracy, compliance and protection from operational risk. Her contributions are vital to the bank’s long-term success.Balancing Precision with Flexibility
Ashley is known for being someone you can count on. She is always willing to jump in where needed, whether assisting coworkers or supporting customers. She plays a key role in keeping projects on track and being the link between teams and workflows. Her ability to maintain high standards while adapting quickly to the ever-changing needs of a robust organization ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, even when priorities shift.Growing Responsibility and Trusted Leadership
Most recently, Ashley was promoted to Corporate Executive Administrator, where she provides direct support to Betsy Johnson, CEO and Chairman of the Board, as well as the holding company and corporate leadership team. In this role, Ashley supports executive‑ and governance‑level functions that require a high degree of trust, discretion and expertise.As Betsy shared, “Ashley has earned the trust that comes with supporting executive and governance‑level functions. She has embraced increased responsibility with confidence and care, and continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and growth. We are fortunate to have her in this role, and I am confident she will continue to expand her impact as she grows in her role and within our organization.”

A Growth Mindset That Never Stops
Beyond her impressive expertise, Ashley is also valued for who she is as a teammate and person. She is kind, patient, caring and incredibly dedicated. She enjoys working in a community bank environment where she can truly get to know both coworkers and customers, and she continues to approach her work with curiosity and a desire to keep learning even after ten years in banking.When reflecting on her journey, Ashley shares that she’s still “scratching the surface” and plans to keep absorbing as much knowledge as possible across the bank.
