Why Dillon and Betsy Chose Solutions Bank

Solutions Bank is excited to welcome two familiar faces to our growing team as we continue expanding our commitment to relationship banking in Walworth and the surrounding communities.

With deep local roots, strong community involvement, and decades of combined banking experience, Dillon Voltz and Betsy Amis bring not only financial expertise, but a genuine passion for helping farmers and businesses achieve their goals.

Serving the Communities That Shaped Them

For Dillon, this next chapter feels especially meaningful.

After returning to Walworth County four years ago, he now brings more than 10 years of banking experience back to the community that helped shape him.

Raised in Walworth and a graduate of Big Foot High School, Dillon earned his finance degree from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls before building his career in banking. Today, he is proud to once again serve the area he calls home.

“Community has always been important to me,” Dillon said. “This area helped shape who I am, and being able to help local businesses, families, farmers, and entrepreneurs succeed here is incredibly rewarding.”

Beyond banking, Dillon remains deeply connected to the community through youth football coaching, volunteer work in education, and support of the county fair where he once showed cattle himself.

Banking Built on Relationships

For Dillon, banking has always been about relationships. He believes the best outcomes happen when bankers take the time to understand their customers, their goals, and the challenges they face.

“What attracted me to Solutions Bank was the focus on people,” Dillon said. “Whether you're working with a business owner, a farmer, or a family planning for the future, they deserve a banker who listens, understands their goals, and helps them move forward.”

"Customers need answers, guidance, and a banking partner who can keep pace with their needs."

He also appreciates Solutions Bank's commitment to providing a responsive banking experience.

“In agriculture and business, opportunities don't always wait,” Dillon said. “Whether someone is planning for growth, investing in equipment, purchasing land, or responding to changing market conditions, timing matters. With local decision-making, Solutions Bank supports our ability to stay focused on our customers and help them move forward when opportunities arise.”

Joining Dillon is Woodstock native Betsy Amis, who brings more than 20 years of banking experience and a strong customer-focused approach to the Solutions Bank team.

After earning her business degree from Augustana College while continuing her passion for soccer at the collegiate level, Betsy built both her career and family life in the area.

Throughout her banking career, she has worked as a credit analyst, loan processor, and loan officer, giving her a broad understanding of how to help customers navigate important financial decisions.

“What stood out to me about Solutions Bank was the focus on relationships,” Betsy said. “It's about being accessible, understanding customers personally, and helping people find solutions that truly fit their needs.”

A Culture Focused on Customer Success

Betsy believes customers value having a banker who understands their unique situation and can help them navigate opportunities with confidence.

“Whether they're growing a business or investing in a farm operation, they want a banking partner who understands what they're trying to accomplish and is there to help them every step of the way,” Betsy said.

Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, attending professional soccer matches, and embracing a little healthy competition whenever possible.

For both Dillon and Betsy, joining Solutions Bank was about finding an organization that shares their philosophy on banking.

They were drawn to a culture that values relationships over transactions, prioritizes customer experience, and remains deeply connected to the communities it serves. It's a culture that supports their goal of delivering responsive service, providing timely answers, and helping customers move forward when opportunities arise.

At Solutions Bank, we believe great banking starts with understanding people. By taking the time to know our customers and their goals, we can provide personalized guidance, meaningful solutions, and a banking experience built on trust.

“We're excited to become part of this community in a meaningful way,” said
Brett Frederick, Executive Vice President. “Dillon and Betsy both represent the values that matter most to us: relationships, community involvement, customer experience, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.”

At Solutions Bank, we believe banking is still personal.

And we're excited for what's ahead.
