Monica Sandell – Internal Audit Director

Sandell brings 37 years of experience, having served in Lending, BSA, and Compliance.
She will oversee internal controls and compliance to ensure operational integrity.

Ashley Deuth – Executive Corporate Administrator and Corporate Secretary
Since joining in 2016, Deuth has gained deep operational expertise. She will manage corporate governance and support executive operations.

Ryan Martz – President and Director

Martz, with the bank since 2009, previously served as Senior Executive Vice President overseeing lending and credit operations. He will lead strategic execution and growth initiatives.

Betsy Johnson – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Johnson assumes the role of Chairman while continuing as CEO, driving strategic direction and executive leadership across the organization.
