From wire transfers and ACH processing to debit card transactions and electronic banking services, Jaime oversees the systems and processes that keep daily banking functions running seamlessly.

“Be persistent, work hard, take initiative, and never be afraid to take on new challenges. Banking offers many opportunities for growth, but success doesn't happen overnight. It requires a willingness to learn, ask questions, and consistently demonstrate that you are capable of handling greater responsibilities.

It’s also important to understand that mistakes are part of the learning process. Some of the greatest professional growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, learning from those experiences, and applying those lessons moving forward.

Most importantly, don’t wait for opportunities to be handed to you. When leaders see your dedication, work ethic, and ability to produce results, opportunities for advancement will follow. Sometimes growth doesn’t come through a defined path—it’s created by your ability to take on more and demonstrate value.”
